A 71-year-old retired police officer, Curtis Reeves, has been arrested after he shot a man who used his phone in a Tampa cinema.

The Guardian reports that he asked 43-year-old Chad Oulson to stop texting during the movie, which resulted in an argument and the fatal shooting.
Time reports Oulson's wife was also injured during the shooting.
Reeves has reportedly been charged with second-degree murder
