Serbia and Bosnia appeal for help after worst flooding since records began
The Balkan states of Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina have called for international help after they experienced their worst flooding since modern records began 120 years ago, with three months’ worth of rain falling in just a few days.
Although waters are now beginning to recede, officials insist dangers remain, with the threat of landslides a problem. At least 35 people have died so far.
